Ghana’s capital market. The Company was incorporated in September 2022 under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992) and provides securities brokerage and related investment support services in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

WBL is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of Ghana as a broker-dealer and is awaiting its approval of Licensed Dealing Member (LDM) of the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE). The Company has also initiated its registration as an intermediary of the Central Securities Depository (Ghana) Limited (CSD) and awaiting authorization to participate in secondary market trading of Government of Ghana treasury bills and bonds.
