Charles is currently working in TBM Risk Consult as Risk Management Consultant where he
is monitoring and establishing risk mitigation measures for advanced payment bonds issued
by GLICO General to Ghana Cocoa Board (COCOBOD) on behalf of nine Licensed Buying
Companies (LBCs); managing of Cocoa Asempa Platform, a cocoa monitoring software used
by 9 LBCs as monitoring and payment tool for Cocoa purchases.
Prior to working in his current capacity, he worked as Head of Client Services at Commerz
Savings & Loans Limited from 2018 to 2019. He was the head of credit at First Allied
Savings & Loans Limited where he was responsible for the credit administration of the
twenty-eight (28) branch network across Ghana.
Charles has work experience spanning twenty-nine (29) years in the financial services sector.
He holds Master’s in Business Administration, Strategic Management & Consulting option
from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology and bachelor degree in Banking
& Finance from Christian Service University.
