She currently serves as a Human Capital Consultant to Wallstreet Brokerage Limited, where she supports the firm’s compliance with SEC Conduct of Business Guidelines through strategic workforce planning, ethics training, and proper documentation of key personnel.
Norma brings strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and labour law compliance. She has played a central role in coordinating training on anti-money laundering (AML), market ethics, and regulatory standards, while advising senior management on organizational effectiveness and transformation.
She holds a Master’s degree in Development Management from GIMPA and is PHRi-certified, with multilingual proficiency in English, French, and Spanish
